THE WESTCHESTER COMMUNITY CENTER,
2414 WESTCHESTER AVE, OELLA, MD, 21043.
Directions: From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway):
Take exit 14 and go west for several miles on Edmondson Ave to the traffic
circle (Old Frederick Rd). Turn left and proceed to the first stop sign (Oella Ave) where you will
turn right and proceed again to the first stop sign (Westchester Ave) where you will turn left.
The Community Center is one block on your right.
Alternate route through Ellicott City when coming from the South and West.
This may be the shorter route but can be very slow due to traffic gridlock:
Find your way to the business district of Old Ellicott City. Then, going east on MD 144,
after passing under the railroad bridge and over the river bridge, you will quickly see Westchester Ave
being the second road on your left. Proceed up its steep hills for exactly one mile where you will find
the Westchester Community Center on your left.
Or you may take Route 40 East to N. Rolling Road where you will turn right and proceed to
the second light (Old Frederick Rd) where you will turn right. Proceed through the traffic
circle to the next stop sign (Oella Ave) where you will turn right. Proceed again to the
first stop sign (Westchester Ave) where you will turn left.
The Community Center is one block on your right.
